We found out about Chinese New Year, NAIDOC Week, Queensland Day, Boys' and Girls' Day in Japan, The Diwali Festival in India and the Trung Thu Festival in Vietnam. At the end of our unit we decided to do our own festival and we called it the FESTIVAL OF FESTIVALS. We got into groups and chose one of the festivals we had learnt about in class and we then made decorations, posters and chose music for our own parade. Mrs R recorded it!

3J's Festival of Festivals

"What International celebrations do Australians share with others?" "What national holidays are celebrated in Australia?" and "What international celebrations do Australians share with others?"
